Your tasks

• Strategic and operational planning of fundraising
• Development and implementation of a strategy to attract and retain major donors
• Further development of inheritance marketing
• Advice for (major) donors on their donation requests
• Target-group oriented relationship management of the donors
• Support of the board of directors with project descriptions for fundraising
• Maintaining contact with cooperation partners

Our requirements to you

• University studies or comparable practical experience
• Several years of professional experience in fundraising, ideally in the area of major donations and inheritance fundraising
• Strong communication skills
• Conceptual strength
• Empathy and persuasiveness
• Initiative and independent work
